Dithering is not always good. Personally i dislike it. I agree that not everything needs to be dithered. I know for a fact that i tend to over dither stuff a lot. Lordliquid Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 If you smoothen it with Photoshop, by using a gradient or brushes or whatever, it can no longer be considered pixel. And I usually prefer using dithering as a blending option over adding more colours. That's part of the magic with pixelling; working with few colours. "Do you really know me? I might be a God."
