A god spell can hit upto 30 with charge (80 mage needed).

I've hit 200+ damage in one hit with Ice Burst.

 

 

 

You know, in Pest Control at the end of the game when all the monsters stack up.

there is no exact amount of how often u hit the max its just that the higher ur mage is the more chance u have of hitting high, the exact chance i dont know
