Jay and Silent Bob-ish? :-k

The Enrichment Center reminds you that the weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak.

In the event that the weighted companion cube does speak, the Enrichment Center urges you to disregard its advice.

Why must people avoid drawing the hands?!?

DRAW THE HANDS!!

I can't draw hands..i always draw the fingers too small or big, or too many fingers, or not enough, so i just put his hands in his pockets. 8-)

What you need to do :

1. Get a clean piece of paper

2. Get a pencil

3. Draw arms comming out of the paper... everywhere! MUHAHAHA!

Just did this in a minute or two. It's great practice and everyone who wants to be good at anime should try it.

If you want to get better at drawing hands, just draw them on everything. I'm not very good at them but I do get some nice ones once in a while. Remember, practice makes perfect.

Amen.

as for cc and the drawings, first start out with a circle. then draw 4 ovals where there fingers are going to begin (up to about the first joint)

draw another oval on top of that, and then erase the midle... then for the thumb make a wierd squigilly shape (yes i know im a big help) and then draw an oval on top of that... wait leme see if i can get a picture...

lol buddy christ is awesome, btw dogma (in which buddy christ is introduced) is not a catholic movie, nor is it kevin smith (writer and director) symbolizing theire religeousness... It is a dig at christianity, their morals and values...

This is exactly why I took buddy christ out of my sig, buddy christ is not meant to be a religeous symbol, but a dig at the entire religeon...

Now onto the picture...

If you want to get good at something (as people have said) practice, practice, practice... Draw 20, 30 even 50 hands, seriously if you look at the first one then the last one you will see how quickly you become a better artist...

The best advice i can give you, get about 10 pictures, set them down then get a timer (an egg timer, you phone, a watch whatever) and honestly (you'll only be cheating yourself if you dont no-one else will care) spend 10 minutes and draw that photo, start out very simple, and get harder.

10 minute speed drawings are litereally the best way that you can improve. My teacher instructed me to do it for over 3 years before i took her adice, my skilled doubled easily after about 30 drawings...

Within' 6 months of only being able to draw stick figures, i was drawing anatomy and doing life drawing classes at the top of the class...

You have to sit down and devote a few hours to drawing.

Not a bad picture, keep it up, i'd love to see some amazing drawers on tip.it, there arn't enough (that show any work atleast)

Yeah speed drawing is a great way to improve.

I do it when I get the chance, usualy happens in classes though. I haven't done it much past couple of years though..

Sometimes when i was bored in class though i'd just look at anything and start drawing exactly what I see. I.E from my perspective. Can help a ton.
