Amazing though, simply amazing :D

TJ, I'm a huge fan.

You're the reason I even wanted to try pixel sigs.

But I don't like this new coloring trend. Lol, it sounds weird but...it's too smooth. It doesn't even look like pixel sigs anymore.

When you get down to it, you're bordering on painting now...albeit digital painting, but painting nonetheless. And painting a picture is a hell of a lot harder than pixelling one.

I'm not saying it's not great...you're a very talented man...but I just like the old works better. The sharp edges...the cartoony colors...

But still, very great work, as always. :)

Well that's a very nice post coming from you :)

About the new style i still work pixel by pixel...i don't use any special effects machine lol...it simply takes more work. I use graphics gale as i worked in paint, but using 300-450 colors in a sig (that i manualy select 1by1) is pretty of a task with paint. The permanent palette in GraphicsGale is a must for this kind of tecnique. Moreover i have to say i need to find some challanges in my work. Once i found out my old style wasn't my limit i had to try to improve myself. The result is different but i think that the subjects and the humor are the same. The colors are a bit softer but i use them to develop a sort of original cartoony style of my own. I think my style is pretty different from every1 else here and that was one of my goals. With this i don't say i don't love each of the old sigs...they took a great part in my "artistic" growth and i consider them as good as my current ones. Simply if i did another old style sig i would find that work not challanging/stimulating...if u get what i mean.

However most of my work is based on the concept...sometimes i spend 1 day thinking about the best solution/setting, planning each detail keeping an eye on the final goal. The graphic is another part of the work but i'd say they are 50% - 50% , but that's just me.

However i'll still try to evolve this style (as u can see the purchased items are a bit different from my recent standards, i'd say they are my next step...) and maybe i'll find myself a new standard. One day i'll start doing some serious AA on my works...still gotta train at that, a lot :)

Thx again.

I still have to draw avery pixel on my own...manualy changing the color every "step" (for a total of 300-450 colors each sig usualy). No "gradient tool" used at all, and Graphics Gale doesn't have something like that too.

Thx for the post however :D

This new style of pixel is not as good as the old.

Very nice, but it doesn't beat your earlier sigs. I think the colors of the clothe just look too light or bright, just what I'm seeing. Of course awsome technique used here. :)

Great and funny concept nonetheless (phats no accepted  )

Io parlo un l'italiano ma credo che parlare in cualcosa d'altro dal inglese non e permesso nei forum di tipit.

Eheh unfortunately the Druid that runs the herbalist store (as all the other druids do actualy) wears a totaly white robe, with a totaly white hair and beard...I made him darker than original already lol...

Her clothes are the same as the pic she sent me...

And that italian wasn't correct, yet easy to understand the meaning :)

i KNO lol..haven't taked lessons, but I can understand/speak...trying to write (kinda ez, since I speak spanish.) I kno italian from my trips to italy.

Ya that's a nice sig. TJ (as usual)

love that detail

ooh italy that explains , people there have a sophisticated style 8)

cool i love the softening colors only thing i dont like is the ones at the wall on the total right side its a bit too soft looks a bit weird and i love the druids eyes and the sign "No Phats accepted" its all the small things and big things that mike it an awsome sig 11/10 8)

i like it, like usual, but i think you should dither instead of using so many colours. you could also AA the entire pic, her left arm and the beard looks jagged.

Love it 10/10 keep up the good work.....

Its really good, i like all the detail you always put it GJ. The only thing that annoys me is the fact that some things are just gradiented (making it look smooth)(and yes i know you did it by hand) and when you should have actually put some bumps and folds into it, like hair and clothes. Other then that its really good. Great job
