Constant Tedder? Last I checked Paul and Andrew started it together with Andrew being the lead of the company. Check the corporate site. :-k

Andrew Gower, Paul Gower, and Constant Tedder. All co-founders.

They have about 5,000,000 active free players and 800,000 paying members. Thats over 4 million dollars per month just from members, not to mention the money from advertising and everything else.

Saw that information on the link TimeStopper posted.

I'm sure if Jagex was actually sold to someone else, the game wouldn't change significantly. The current Jagex staff would stay around and keep working on it. The new owners wouldn't want to mess with a good thing.

The only real change would be (probably) different advertisements, and less profits going into the Gowers' bank accounts.

I trust that Andrew would only do what in the best interests of Runescape.

No one wants EA to over take RuneScape. But some of their games are ok. Let us all hope this will attract more mature players to help RuneScape live on. :D

For their most recent "jolly", they'll soon charter a jet and send the entire company to the Canary Islands for a beach party.

Sheesh! Either progamming doesn't pay as well in the UK or else Jagex is cheap. That's below market for a team leader in the US.

Constant was a business major from Cambridge, so it makes sense that he would be the CEO of the company. Which frees up the Gowers to do what they love.

After all, they are some of the richest men under 40 in England.
