Background colour - gold and a hint of tawny. Render - Top hat tinted black, spinning across the top with a magic wand in the middle of the sig. The wand should ahve gold and black stars coming out from the top. Border - Black and gold diagonal stripes. Other - background dotted with gold stars that are fading into the background but the shapes of the stars are still sharp. Thanks alot!
