I am a COMPLETE noob when it comes to animating/computer graphics. I would like to find a site that "teaches" me instead of saying, Do this Do this... etc... imhomer Posted October 12, 2006 Share Posted October 12, 2006 Try checking out the FAQ sticky at the top. It has a list of a lot of great guides. For pixelling I would reccommend the ones by Terley, Quer Skull, and Punkage (sadly some have broken images :( ) For any other kind of sig, well sorry I don't know where to start. Just giving a little vocab on the way: Pixel: Any cartoonish looking sig usually done with MS Paint or other programs suchs as Flash. Example: See my Avatar, done 100% by me in MS Paint Abstract/Grunge: A sig with a render (picture) placed against a background. Some blending and lighting effects may be added. Example: My signature Photomanip/ manip: Photograph Manipulation. Changing a photograph to give it different colors, lighting, and blurring effects. Fake: Any picture that resembles Runescape but is made up. For example a 'screenshot' of Elvarg rampaging through Lumbridge. Hope this helps.
