A Heads up Before You Suggest!

I've posted on a lot of threads lately on things that simply will not be considered by jagex as said on the rs forums. this is saying that some of these will maybe come out, but STOP Suggesting them. the second list is saying DO NOT SUGGEST THIS. Already by looking at the first page on these forums, i see many of the things that are the first list, and a few that are on the second.

 

 

 

Already suggested

 

 

 

Some ideas have already been suggested many times. If it's listed below, please do not suggest it again.

 

 

 

- A player made 'examine'

 

- A RuneScape lottery

 

- Bring back duelling anywhere

 

- Bring back RSC F2P

 

- Changing your username

 

- Clan-related suggestions

 

- Daytime and night-time/Weather

 

- Do X functions

 

- Drop/use/make/bank/buy/sell all buttons

 

- Flying

 

- Guns

 

- Horses/Riding (All animals & machines. Riding a goat or a bike is still riding.)

 

- Interface/skin switching (option to change back to the old interface)

 

- Larger inventory

 

- Larger world sizes

 

- Making Holiday/Random Event Items tradeable (won't happen)

 

- Making tradeable Holiday Items untradeable

 

- More bank space

 

- More pets/trained monsters/tamed animals

 

- New altars

 

- Player-owned stores

 

- Races (Elves, Dwarves etc)

 

- Redropping/Selling discontinued Holiday Items

 

- Samurai/Ninja (martial arts) fighting styles/clothing/towns/weapons

 

- Sitting/Lying down

 

- Stackable Essence/Ore/Flax/Bowstrings/Logs

 

- Suggestions for a bank search/organisation

 

- Summoning/necromancy

 

- Using 2 Weapons

 

 

 

This includes variations; a ninja with wings is still a ninja. If an idea is on this list it does not mean that we will not implement it, it means that we do not need any further input about it.

- Suggestions for new bank locations

 

- Turning off updates (this is simply not possible)

 

- Updates for the Free to Play worlds (e.g. members items on f2p)/Member Trial for Non-Members.

Here's a little thing that i also would like to include from the forums.

Please make your suggestions clear, so that everybody can understand exactly how good they are.

 

 

 

Jagex Moderators read the Suggestions forum frequently for inspiration, it would be a shame if your idea was missed because we misunderstood you.

yea i thought about that, but i'm saying if people get serious about a suggestion, they should consider that it won't be created or not.

Strange thing, if you removed all the suggestions listed there would only be good ones here remaining at tip.it 8-)

You know, it never says all of those suggestions would never happen. Only the second list and one on the first list. The rest, Jagex is either already working on, or have not decided to declare that it won't happen.

 

 

 

Anyways, I think TIF needs it's own list of "Not to suggest" ideas.

 

Some would be the same, some would be different. Obviously, Thagern's bank organization wouldn't be on it, why would anyone want to ruin the 100 page+ thread that I made my first post on?

2nd Part: i think that would be good. But i'm posting this to give people a heads up and set kind of an umbrella like thing for what should be suggested. Tip it should defiently have this kind of list.
