There are 3 types of people in the world. Those who can count and those who cannot.

I'd say you'd be fine cutting your yews now, but I don't have a lot of experience in it, since my wc lvl is only 60 .

Im doing oaks to 70 w'c, then ill try soem yews... If thats not good, ill go back to Oaks or Willows...

I'd say do to yews and time an hour? ... If its not sufficient, then return to willows.

Nowadays, cutting yews is really hard in f2p, due to the immense amount of wcing macroers. Getting yews can take ages, and is very slow, and the price of them has dropped to little over 200ea. Quite bluntly, anyone would be lucky to get 150-300 yews an hour, depending on the concentration of macroers.

If you are p2p, then it is a different story. In p2p with a rune axe, I'd think that you should be able to get 500-600 yews an hour, possibly more with a d axe, which is probably the best you are going to get.

Anyway, i gave up on yews a long time ago, as they were simply far too inefficient to cut (im f2p). I'd cut willows to 80, then train another skill if you want money (eg. mining) or continue to cut willows. However, the choice is up to you.
