I know you are skulled when you enter the abyss but can you be pk'd while there?

No, you can't be pÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâáked in the Abbyss itself, just in the way to the Zamorakian mage in level 4-6 wildy.

The Abyss itself is *NOT* wilderness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This means you can not be player killed in the Abyss.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, When you get teleported there by the mage, your prayer is drained and you are skulled for 20 minutes prior to being teleported to the abyss.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: THere are monsters in the Abyss which may kill you too.

As you well know if you die you keep your three (3) most valuable items, but you loose everything when you are Skulled. I could probably manage the dying part it's loosing the abyss pouches didn't make me so crazy.... so I guess it all depends on your different lvl's, but after dying horrible I now alternate my runs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So... here's my stragem for better or worse: Frist, I make a run wearing a ring of deuling, (not so expensive to replace like a Glory) my dragonskins with my elemental2 shield and addy axe, an off I go. (If I spot any robed players lingering about I turn on protection from magic and home in on the mage.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then once I'm into the abyss and get my runes I teleport to Castle Wars. From there I will either telly to my house which has a prayer altar and do some construction. Going to and fro to cw's and my house until the skull disappears or I will telly to Draynor village and run laws. (While I'm there I recharge my prayer, kill unicorns and pick up plank respawns or if I'm low on molten I'll pick up seaweed.) Then I telly to Edgeville and do it all over again...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Either way, I multi task and so far so good. If that sounds like to much work then wear a "glory" and telly back to Edgville you can go kill "Hill giants" for limps while you wait for the skull to fade away, but you won't have protection from melee or magic if you don't recharge. (You could use the Abby if your prayer lvl is high enough.)

well i have a 105 def against mage so it pretty much splashes.. also i made about 100 super antis so i just use one before i enter abbyss...still im a lev 90 with 71 mage so that might help too..

if you get td'd the keep goin to the mage if you get snared and tb'd the drop your pouches and try to drop the rest of your stuff

if you want and ez way to get pouches is use fairy rings with the combination ARL it is an area like the abyssal plane but instead no skull and less monsters they also spawn quick.

Also make sure that you kill leeches ONLY. Guardians and Walkers are a total waste of time.
