I'm trying to powermine my way to 85 mining. I've heard that granite rocks are way faster xp than iron. But i have 2 Q's: 1. how do you get to the granite mine? and 2. When your in there, do you need to constantly refill waterskins?

Granite gives you 1,447 experince ever 2 minutes inicluding dropping. Iron is way less. Granite rocks are always mostly empty too. Iron power mining places are always full. :

Aww~~ The secret is out about granite power mining. It is by far the

 

 

 

fastest way to level, a pain to get there but once there you do not

 

 

 

need water skins also hardly anyone goes there. Kinda makes you

 

 

 

feel like your on the moon. ( lol)

 

 

 

BTW: The rocks do not give you any gems but the genie does pay

 

 

 

a visit there alot. I went from level 75 to 80 in a just a few days .

I'm getting to level 85 too, and I'm at 80 at the minute. To get there go to Al Kharid, and go South of it until you come to like a gate way. By a couple of waterskins and some desert robes and a shanty pass. Once there load up the world map, and go to the 'Quarry.' that's where it is. You mine it the same as other rocks too. ;)

Oh, and I'll come mine on world 23 btw. I hate to train by myself, especially mining, cause you cant read the forums while you mine, unlike wc.
