Any idea who this actually belongs to? The human in it as well as the text added to it look so out of place and I am 99% sure that's a rip but have no idea who made it

Yeah... that looks ripped... unless the armor was made to look like construction paper. You should probably ask Guitar H3ro, but I don't expect him/her to tell you the truth.
