Photoshop most likely. :-k

I thought they used Flash too because of its vector-ish-ness, but turns out you can get better effects on PS.

Clean up your lines. dont shade with lasso or brushes do it pixel by pixel with a 1 pixel big pencil.

I like it. It looks nice, the only comment I have is that it looks a bit too...blocky. The party hat seems to be a perfect shape and it should be curved. Not really anything big, but will defiently have an impact on the rest of the image.

8/10 Nice job :)

pretty good though i suggest using the pen tool and then using stroke path

that way u get nice curves in ur lines

oh.. btw i got a nice lil tip for u to make it even cooler

1 ) Make lineart with pen tool, make sure u do the curving and stuff

2 ) open up brush tool and select a brush of around 4-5 pixels ( something not too big or too small ). I select 5 normally.

3 ) Go bak to pen tool and choose stroke path. Then choose brush and make sure u check "simulate pressure"

4 ) Then reduce brush size to something less. 3 in my case

5 ) Again stroke with "simulate pressure"

6 ) Reduce brush to 1 after a few strokes if ur doing big. If u followed the sizes i chose just reduce brush to 1

7 ) Again stroke path BUT this time make sure "simulate pressure" is off.

8 ) Now just open pen tool and choose "delete path"

now u have an awesome smooth lineart using good old mousey

trust me this gives in some smooth lineart

if u dont understand any of the above, pm me and i will make a nice lil tut on it

edit : oh and by the way, did u make that pixel ? its pretty awesome i must say
