I've been eating healthy for two months and haven't lost any weight, but this one kid in my class is so athletic and has either McDonalds or greasy Chinese food every single day. Does this person have bad acne?? cos DANG fatty oils everyday.. eww Not too mention the amount of saturated fat. Large amounts of saturated fat intake is linked to coronary heart disease. At the end of the day no measurement of health can be determined from simply height and weight. There is no account of muscle mass, fat mass or fat free mass. And I eat prettty unhealthy... besides home cooked meals every night and packed lunches, I'm usaully eating candy, all kinds of snacks, and drinking pop. Alot of pop. I guess it's kind of a blessing, though... I take it for granted. I should probably put some muscle on to gain weight or something. Eh.
