November 16, 200619 yr it definetly requires 60 atk, simply because its a dragon weapon as for the str requirement i dont know im afraid can i also say, in relation to your man u fan name, hehehe southend :P

The dragon two hander requires 60 strength and thats it. I'm 99% sure.
