The little playing time I have had lately has been focused on getting 99 mage. And last night I got it! So now I have 6 99 capes, and all of them combat. lol. I guess I'm not much of a skiller, eh? Next one will be prayer, but I'll take my time on that. In my quest for 99 Mage, I did some solo maging at Dag Kings. For those of you who have Dk'd with me before, know that I usually do the ranger role. Well, now I am experienced with Rex's process, so I am now officially a fully experienced DK'er. Did pretty dang good too, for solo. I was able to stay for 5 hours my second trip. After I realized I could stay for a very long tme without the need for prayer, I brought enough runes and Super Duper Anti Poisons to last longer. Five hours got me one Zerker ring. My luck has left me. The time before that, I was there for 2.5 hours, and only got a warrior ring. The time after that, I stayed for 3 hours and got nothing. Squat. Zippo. 10 hours of solo'ing Rex, and not one D-Axe to show for it. Oh well. I got some good mage Exp, and now I have my pretty cape. And now to 99 prayer... and living at the green dragons will get me some cash from skins and clues, so I should be able to buy the rest. All I need now is a Dragon Chain and a D-Axe. But I really should start a new blog which has me more interested. And that is filling out my house closets. The armor wardrobe is complete. I am NOT getting Void Knight set. Everything else is done. The Magic wardrobe is missing Infinity robes only. I'll get that last after I get the treasure trail items. The Treasure Chest is going to be fun. Lots and lots of spots to fill in there. I do have one God Magic set (Got the Sara robes, and it looks gorgeous with the magic cape), and one dragon hide set, Guthix of course. Looking forward to getting the rest of the goodies. And I only need one more mime to get the mime outfit out of my bank and in the house. Of course I NEVER get that random. Anyway... thought I might post an update on this. :D Congratulations to you. Tis a rather splendid cape. Sadly all my frantic poking of keys and running around you to get a good pic didn't work - I didn't catch the emote animation lol *frowns at computer lag and typical clumsiness of computer operator* As for that luck thing....well from what I hear you may need to take something old. Works like a charm for some :lol: Ha! RS name is Bramady. Yell gidday if you see her as she's probably just risen from the dead or heading off to die. Blimmin cat should stay home....out of trouble. The maging salamander hits really hard, 24 high hit, and lots of hits over 20. Not many spells that can match that. People laugh at you when they see you with a lizard, until you rip off a couple of 24's and kill your brother before he does. And you dont have to spend runes on it. So if you wanna mage on ancients its perfect without having to waste all those runes needed for blitzes and barrages and such. There are some drawbacks: The food is a pain. You need to collect swamp tar. Cave slimes drop alot of it, but I don't spending hours at Cave Slimes. And if you haven't been saving harlandars and their seeds, nevermind. And you can't mage across a rock. There are only a few safespots available which are catty-corner, but you do have to be adjecent to the Dharok to hit him. Since I don't take pray pots down there, I end up ranging him when he's my tunnel. lol THAT gets some chortles from passers by, let me tell ya. I get some interesting comments. But, once you try it, you'll love it. A circus in Runescape?? Oh my. REMEMBER RUNESCAPE KARMA! In fact, I want my duplicate Dragon Chain back more than I want prayer levels. So, if I'm not allowed to have two blogs going at the same time, sue me. I lost zerker helm on pk trip. So its back on the list. Just waiting to see someone spamming Edge trying to sell one. I Housed my black mystic set because I am tryign to fill in the house wardrobes. But I still want the robes and hat for my bank for easy access. So, like a Leesters goober, I have one for my house, and need 2 for my bank. Thats just sick. Truly. But still.... Oh, and I finally have full mime! After many many mimes, and dropping the outfits for bank space, I finally have a full mime since the costume room update. Only thing missing is the pc armor. Ain't gonna happen. lol. Anyway, I just had to update this and give a quickie on it. But I'll be blogging in the 99 prayer blog instead. NExt time you see me bump this, I'll have a my Dragon Chain. I had some fun killing green slimies (Abberent specters) and racking up some clues and herbs. I almost forgot why I was there, as i was daydreaming about getting 100 ranaars from them, when the mystic rob bottom fell after my fourth trip. Woot! Then, I went up to Gargoyles. Moose858, ... er.. i think thats his number, anyway Moose was there. I walk in, say hi there, and four or five kills later I had my mystic robe top. Hehe. Moose wasn't exactly pleased. :P But I was. Only thing left is Dragon Chain, and I'm kinda giving up on the Santa Hats. For now. Thanks to Crumpy for the Zerker helm. He got a nice 100k and a sara mitre for suiciding on Dag Kings when I had a good loot. So I got a zerker helm too. :D A circus in Runescape?? Oh my. REMEMBER RUNESCAPE KARMA!
