December 2, 200619 yr So, how do you get your supplies when you want to level buyable skills (e.g. smithing, crafting..)? Do you buy them (e.g ores/bars for smithing) or work for them (mine yourself)? Edit - How come did this get moved here..?
December 2, 200619 yr In like 95% of my case, I collect everything myself. It's better exp and cheaper :) Last I collected 220k Feathers myself, Tough it took me 6 weeks, the 7 prayer levels are nice and 2 defense and 2 attack levels from chickens only :) Cheap and good training! December 2, 200619 yr I have a nasty habit of buying the materials and selling the final product with a minor profit. That's at least now when I'm cooking. We'll just see when i move up to the other skills. Nodding DuckRange: 71/80|Strenght:70/70 |Currently starting at members|
December 2, 200619 yr Depends on the skill/item. I fit is easy, I do it myself. If not I buy it. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !

December 2, 200619 yr If i can make a profit when im done I will probably buy the supplies, but like kill Life said it's cheap and fast training usually to do it yourself. December 2, 200619 yr The way you stated your question, makes it seem like you're asking for advice. But if you look at it another way, you're just looking for a discussion. Next time, make it more clear.
December 2, 200619 yr They should move this topic back to were it was. I always get the items my self. I tried to buy the items but i ran out of money and it was a pain waiting for a week for the seller to finally logg in when i was in.
