A lot of members High Alchemy Yew and Magic Longbows nowadays. In F2P Fire Blast is the way to go usually. Curse has also become widely popular as an F2P Magic training spell.

Are also popular since a lot of craters train at laws. Also camolet tele only re queries one law and water, so if you have a water staff, you only need the laws.

Actually you need an air staff, not a water staff. The teleport requires 5 airs and just 1 law. I see a lot of people outside Camelot cast that teleport.

No difference in the bonus between the different mystics.

 

 

 

Splitbark is good

-- Power Ammy

 

 

 

-- Anti-Dragon Shield

 

 

 

-- Air Staff/Fire Staff (Take both if you can!)

You'll be casting Fire Strike and using curse/confuse/weaken ... the full combination is known by my direct experience to make an enemy an easily-killed punching bag. If you get beaten up, use some of the extra 5 of each type to tele out of an area. :)

-- Full Rune Armor, with kite/scimitar selection for rapid combat safety in situations where getting to your drops is a pain and you want to save laws...

 

 

 

-- 10 swordfish/10 lobsters, minimum. Take your pick. Carry more if you don't use full rune armor.

 

 

 

-- Chisel ... Great for gems and whatnot.

 

 

 

-- Axe/Tinderbox ... gotta cook with logs ...

 

 

 

-- Harpoon or Lobster Pot/Cage ... (Argh, all those item names, makes my head spin ...) You still need to be able to get food if a bank ain't near. :?

You can actually do both in combination. ROTFLMAO... Heck, that's what I am about to do, since I am less than 200 exp to mage 59. :wink: After I get mage 59, out comes the most insane combo I have done in some time. :twisted:

Imo Mystic is better than splitbark.

 

 

 

Mystic gives a better mage atk bonus but has less def bonuses.

 

 

 

Splitbark doesn't give a very good mage atk bonus but has ok def bonuses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So go with the mystic. Some like to use a combo of split top, mystic bottom and farseer.
