very nice Nad, must be stressin havin to resize it to fit the limits cus your landscapes usually have such detail.. well I lv landscapes, im doin a traditional art project on a topic of our choice so it's nice seeing landscape art here : .

Is it made in terragen? If its not then =D> its well made and looks good.

Yes, it is done in terragen. So is a lot of my other stuff as well (nadril.deviantart.com)

oh no, I meant as you work in high resolution, having to resize it to 300x150 looses a lot of the detail, of course it's easy to resize it but imo your stuff jst looks amazing on a larger scale.

Usualy for signatures I just render is 600x300, but wallpapers I usualy do 3200x2400. :D

- Yeah I do my own textures for images. I'm thinking I may go outside this winter when I get home and take some photos of snow as well for a better texture for it. But yeah, I make all the textures.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, kinda related, but I make the terrains as well in "world machine". Much better than terragens default terrain creator, and you get much more control over it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Only tut I have at the moment is how to do easy masks with terragen. Mostly I haven't done anything else because I never saw a huge crowd of people wanting one. I take that back though.. I think I did one a long time ago but never finished.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- I'm using the pay version, as well as the pay version of World Machine.
