December 8, 200619 yr In my experience, in a fairly radical college campus society in which gender roles are examined critically and usually ultimately rejected (making it an interesting case study, I think, for what happens when you remove many of the gender norms), the number of men and women who seek out and/or are satisfied by purely sexual relationships are about the same. Have the gender norms been removed through critical thinking or do people who just don't conform to gender norms (which exist objectively) prefer to join your campus? My opinion is that gender norms in sexuality experience are over-emphasised, but certainly still exist objectively. Though evolutionary psychology is generally untestable, it makes intuitive sense that men who have sex with everyone they can, and women who are more selective in their partners, will be more likely to propogate successfully. For it is the greyness of dusk that reigns.The time when the living and the dead exist as one.

December 8, 200619 yr Objectisement of women- I hate it. It creates such a biasism that it is almost unbeable. For all you know, if there never was objectisement of women, our world would be much greater then it is right now. Example- Back in the 1100's- early 1900's, women were rejected from learning, and imput (kinda like dems and repubs before the re-election). For all we know, all of these women might have been genius- all of the women who stepped up and refused to be discriminated againsed by being intellegent came out to be genuises in one way or another.
