Malhavok
Another MTK tip: You do NOT have to return every day to maintain 100% favor for those long hauls. As long as the day you get out your spoils, you get 100% favor, you will get max profits. \ Not true. According to a study by Nuke_Marine, who wrote the MTK guide for tip.it, you have to maintain 100% everyday. You might be thinking of something else. When you go to pick up what the villagers have gathered, you will get resources according to what you last set them to gather for the whole time. This is from tip.it's guide by nuke_marine: They do not gather each day, but rather accumulate "work" and the percentages of what you receive are based on your settings on the FINAL gathering day before you collect. Freesia
Disclosing another good powermining spot... The mining ground south of piscatrious(sp?) colony is a good place to powermine iron as there are 3 iron rocks together like the ones in al karid mine. There's practically no1 there either. Another small tip: Always, always make darts if you have finished tourist trap. Each bar gives you 10 dart tips instead of the usual 5 knives you get. To complete the darts, just buy feathers. I rarely see them go above 15 gp each. What's more you get fletching exp Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(. Zandalf
Ultra mega super uber TOP SECRET TIP to gaining ranged levels: People sell black throwing knives for 40-50gp each because they don't know how great they are. Buy a couple thousand whenever you feel like training range. The warrior's guild is a good place to buy them, since cyclopses drop a ton of them and the people who get them as drops don't usually want them very much. LOTS of people have these in their bank and would jump at a chance to sell them. sijan
...When you gotta little to spare stop by your local gen store with some cash in hand. You never know what you'll find ! A fair tip - not as uber cool as some of the others: If you're into farming at all, this goes for the farming stores, especially the one at Catherby. I like to stick my head in there when I'm in the neighborhood, and frequently pick up cabbage, onions, etc. that come in handy when I need to pay for stuff I'm growing myself. TeeBeaun
Dont Do Drugs :D When DOing Construction All Ways Use Demon Butler And Oak PLanks Making Oak LArders I think this is very wrong, use the cook, you can only make 2 larders in teh time it takes them to bank and come back, why pay for a demon butler when the cook is just as efficient. This is from tip.it's guide by nuke_marine: They do not gather each day, but rather accumulate "work" and the percentages of what you receive are based on your settings on the FINAL gathering day before you collect. I'm sorry malhavok, but you are mistaken, and that is not in Nuke_Marine's guide at all. Example: You take 10% of your coffers (lets say you have them full, so it maxed at 75k for the day) and multiply this by your aproval rating (say 90%). 75,000 gp * .9 is 67,500 gp. That's how much will be spent on gathering resources for that day. The full 75,000 gp will be deducted, but since your approval rating was only 90% 7,500 gp was wasted. This "work" is saved from day to day until you withdraw it in resources. Taken from what he says in his example, the work that your subjects do each day is mutiplied by the approval rating, and then added to the total amout of work done. You withdrew the total amount of work done in whatever resources you have specified in the final day. The approval rating from each day is used, but not the resource percentage. (Ex: 100% on maple, 50% on coal.) EDIT: oops, I forgot a tip. If you only have a month in members, try to get your agility level to at least 30. The bonus carries over to non-member, and you will run a lot more. you know there is a place called outside, better graphics 100% pvp and no fee to play :-w
Altra
Probably not exactly a groundbreaking tip, but a good way to train farming/herblore, would be to plant an herb seed in each of the four allotments using super compost and go do something else for an hour and come back.
