I dont have photoshop cuz it takes years to download on this pc....

By made, do you mean, Google a picture and add something to it, or made by you went out and drew it all by hand?

No actual person that drew that in their right mind would filter it in some cheap program.

Claiming to have made all of that by yourself without crediting the original artist for the work you used as reference is considered ripping and very bad. People will always find out rippers so either ask permission to use other artwork, cite it, or don't hide the original work.
