if you can't tell what it is, it's a ninja fighting for money, besting down a wall...

RATE PL0X!

should i continue? it has 200 + frames right now

EDIT: Update +100 frames, - 1 hour of my life...

Lol it looked nooby at first, but once i saw the ninja stars and falling wall i was impressed. Great work 8/10

One thing you could do to make it better is make all of the walls the same colour. The left wall is white while the right side is black. Also if you made the beam black or checkered black/white it would make the file smaller. You could use it as ur sig lol.

it sure is nice

but the part where he swings to the top of the bar, his swinging animation is somewhat slow

speed up the frames at the point

yeah that's the worst part of the animation, it kinda looks like he gets folded into the bar and comes out of the other side <.<

Smooth. I like that. 6/10 I can't give any more informative feedback though (never done that sort of hard work thing :P)

aw I really like this :) nice for an avvy, simple and catches your attention. Like the little dance thing with the arms at the end hahaa

Heh, it does catch your attention, Terley.

i am a gimper

  • Author

meh, i am done with this, if anyone wanna continue it, they can, and if you can't animate, i will for ya, but i am done, i am going to start one for my avvy...my current one is kinda a two minute job...lol

Yey for run-on sentences and sentence fragments!

Nice, looks a little out of order tho since he does his victory (something) and then does more but i know how much work that would be to redo it. How does the G.A.P. work when making animations?

  • Author

you can use the regular gimp for animations

layer all your pictures, 1st one shown on bottom, 2cd would be the next, and so on and so on...

when saving, save it as .Gif file, and gimp will prompt you on either flattening it or saving it as animation, click animation option, and click export at the bottom...next it will say some random crap and you'll see at the bottom a # most likely set at 100...set it to 10 to get it at my speed and continue, it will save and compress it by kill about 50% - 80% of the size, mine went from 1.7 mb to 36kb...open it up to see your animation...

Hope that helps
