December 12, 200619 yr You need to buy in-game from a player with 94 smithing. It should cost you between 50-60K.
December 13, 200619 yr Contact someone with right smith levels and supply ores/ bars for them. Quite a few people can smith it or you could hunt around a bit and buy one
December 13, 200619 yr If you are a member go to the Relleka Weapons Store and buy one. You need to have completed the Fremminik Trials Quest to use the store. If you're non-member, then you just have to buy one from someone else. Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian.

As I understand it, the store in Relleka can stock it, but always has a base inventory of 0. :wall: So unless someone has just sold that item to the store, and you purchase it within 1 minute, you're SOL in Relleka.
