December 17, 200619 yr My favorite place (in f2p or p2p) is right at the beginning of the varrock sewer, casting it on all the lvl 1 rats there. There are a dozen rats and each one restores (meaning you can cast again) in about 5 seconds. They never hit, so you don't need a safe spot. Avoid the lvl 3 giant rats though. December 17, 200619 yr Varrock sewers across from zombies. That's where I did it! Wear full rune with helm. Works like a charm!
December 17, 200619 yr try ardougne zoo there are many monkeys and u can try the caged ogres too the ogres at the blood rune chest might be good too, because that is multi-combat-zone and the ogres cant come to ur safespots
