The caged monk of zammorak in the varrock castle. If you're failing curses, then he barely gets hit, and if it does hit him, he shakes it off in 0.5 seconds.

EDIT: Are you using curses or failed curses?

Failed Curses

Just buy a mud staff and do it anywhere with a safespot and non-multi.

Use that spot, of course wearing the lowest mage bonus possible.

My favorite place (in f2p or p2p) is right at the beginning of the varrock sewer, casting it on all the lvl 1 rats there. There are a dozen rats and each one restores (meaning you can cast again) in about 5 seconds. They never hit, so you don't need a safe spot. Avoid the lvl 3 giant rats though.

Works like a charm!

try ardougne zoo there are many monkeys and u can try the caged ogres too

the ogres at the blood rune chest might be good too, because that is multi-combat-zone and the ogres cant come to ur safespots

I like the Zamorak Monk in Varrock Castle. Whenever a curse does hit him, you don't need to wait long at all to cast another.

just another question, is there a way to make curses autocast? or do you have to click everytime?

you have to click every time  , but overall the zammy monk in the varrok castle is definitely the best choice by far.
