Impossible for them to read them as soon as they recieve them so calm down. None the less, I think you really need to think logically, they expanded their customer support, why? To deal with people like you who can't wait. You waited how long? 6 days? A month? Doesn't matter, Jagex trys. That is all that matters. On topic, very nice. On topic, very nice.well, no because they read my appeal for the last rule I broke like 2 secs after I sent it in, I also got 'banned' on my skiller because a bunch of people reported me for marcoing cause I was a level 3, I sent in 5 appeals for the 5 people who reported me they all passed and got taken off my account, I have been waits like 2 months now.
