^^. If only Jagex had the same number of staff as much players. Think about how many other players got banned. Impossible for them to read them as soon as they recieve them so calm down. None the less, I think you really need to think logically, they expanded their customer support, why? To deal with people like you who can't wait. You waited how long? 6 days? well, no because they read my appeal for the last rule I broke like 2 secs after I sent it in, I also got 'banned' on my skiller because a bunch of people reported me for marcoing cause I was a level 3, I sent in 5 appeals for the 5 people who reported me they all passed and got taken off my account, I have been waits like 2 months now.
