I haven't cut yews in ages. I don't remember the macroer issue being this bad back then, but I'm sick of being beaten by level 3 macroers every kldfjgkl;djfgkljdfkl; time. :wall:

For no macroers, try the Yews between Daynor and Lummy.

This is probably the best place ever!!! north east of varrock, There are 3 trees that together looks like an L... Look at the world map and you will find them.

I recommend Lumby/Draynor yews (there are 4 of them). And for some reason...there are fewer macroers in crowded worlds :-k I tried cutting in world 1 and 3 and there were less macroers compared to less visited worlds which usually has 7-12 macros.

Rimmington in my expernice is bad. Most of the marcos just chop and sell to the grenal store.

I'm afraid that won't get rid of the macro plague issue. :|

Hadn't spotted the 3 outside Varrock (eg. towards the earth altar), was thinking of the palace grounds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those 3 are absent from some maps, including the current tip.it map.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Lumby to Draynor ones, do tend to be a little clearer, though a few autos are probably making use of the route of 4.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is anorther "map weak" one south of Melzar's Maze.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also it stands to reason that any world you have to queue to get into, will probably be light on autoers., and even any world that is busier than the "automatic select" balance due to player choice, will be light on autoers if they are normally connecting to the default.

Well, there are 23 Yew trees in the F2P world.

 

 

 

Do you know how to make the official world map flash their locations?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyway, you could simply try each Yew spot until you found one that you liked.

 

 

 

Keep in mind that if you like it, then the macroers probably will too.

 

 

 

Not much that you can do other than to report them.

The best macro-free yew place ever is the one tree on the road that connects Draynor with Port Sarim and Fally. The downside is that there is only 1 tree there, but the upside is that nobody ever cuts it. The ones between Varrock and the earth altar are also good.

There are like 4 or 5 yews sitting in a clump in rimmington. No ones ever heard of this for some reason. There are usually around 5 macros chopping em, but there are enough yews to satisfy u even with them around.
