I know you said alching is boring but this is one of the quickest and inexpensive ways of raising magic espeically if you are fletching your own yew longs as you would make money :lol: sorry i don't have any other better ways other than pcing which sucks

I personally got from 80 to my current 82 in Barrows, and I got quite a few mid-seventy levels there also. It is slow, but a great moneymaker (Guthans skirt last trip :P ). You could also try bolting metal dragons with Chaos gauntlets, or ice bursting at pest control. The last is very expensive though. The most cost effective way would be high alching yew longbows.

just set a goal, buy/make the runes, and away you go! ussually you'll even end up profiting \

Just alch till 80, then use stuns to 82.

 

 

 

You can always use combat spells in places, like fire blasts or something.

Alch in Dharock's crypt and give people's stuff back to them if they run out of prayer and die :)
