Ok, My mom doesn't want to pay for my member ship. So I have to find other ways. I got money in the bank I can use. I am only 13 years old, I herd about these cards that you go to a gas station or anyother store like that, ask for the card give them a sertin amount of money (putting it on the card) then you got a 'credit card' (sort of) what I need to know is if I can get one at my age, what there called and what stores could I get in the USA.

Couldn't you just use "Pay by Cash"?

Yes I could, but Jagex is in england I am in the USA I don't feel like mailing money across the world for a game.

This is probably the best idea if you don't want to mail the money. It isn't a giftcard, persay. It acts as a debit card when you goto the store, minus the cashback option. Simply goto the mall and buy a $10 giftcard and Pay-By-Phone to Jagex with the card's numbers. If you don't like this idea, you might be SOL.

I am thinking about pay-bye-phone using my old virgin mobile phone it acts like a track phone and jagex pay-by-phone allows me to use it...now I just got to get 20$$ out of the bank and go by a card. Now where did I put my bank book........ :uhh: I can't find it...... :evil: Who stole it!....oh, its under my key borad :roll:
