Well..i just got it..and its awesome.(not as good as WoW)

Its fun

Yeah its fun for a few months. Than bordom quickly, quickly sets in because of the way PvP is setup.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Basicly, if you want to get into a good guild [that actualy wins in PvP] you need to be a rank 3 or higher. The really good ones you need higher than that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Problem is, you need to win matches to get up in rank. And you have to win these matches with pickup groups, which SUCK. You really get the majority of Guild Wars fan base there, which isn't good. Trying to do some orginized PvP with a 12 year old in your group that doesn't follow orders doesn't get you very far.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's a fun game for a $50 price tag if you treat it as such. Just don't expect to get much out of it later.

I'm not a fan, since everything is PVP based, and theres not a whole lot of leveling up to be done. "Grinder" kind of players like me will get nothing out of it.

Its good but the players are generally young immature people that ruin the fun for you.

I have been playing that since the october 04 beta...Im a Veteren at Guild Wars..

 

 

 

I don't play it too often anymore..I just can't keep my interest anymore like i used to :(

When it first came out, I loved it too..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But the expansions and gameplays are not innovation. We expected something new, and only got new "skills" rather than gameplay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Same thing with guild wars 3.. it only offered you less frustration with bots.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I wonder what they will do with part 4 that will be so different that everyone will want to play again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But the newness only lasts so long and fads away. Everyone is looking for "new" in a game.

I love it. Only reason I don't play, is I got tired of my computer sucking too much to run it effectively. I guess they make up for not charging you $15 a month by making you spent $600 upgrading your computer so you can run it to begin with.

its such a short game, although its preety good.

 

 

 

go back to wow. wow definitely lasts longer.

 

 

 

gw is more like a single player rpg because its just 1 main storyline and not much endgame. im not saying theres no multi but its so limited like a single player
