Nope! It's only illegal if you continue to use it. Not just have it.

Aslong as you don't use it you will be alright because Jagex wont be able to detect it.

meh, the only thing i liked about it us that when you made the window smaller it fitted (if thats a word) the window that you play runescape in

naw u wont be banned.

i leave it open for the tools, but play rs in IE. problem solved!
