Lol i kept killing monks to 40 range on my pure but once you have 40+ kill giants.

guards at edgeville are good, if you open and shut the gate to shoot them

the roof of varrok palace is also a good idea

If you dont want to pickup... You can range the hobgoblins from the cow farm at the crafting guild.

This is what I liked the best. There is a little fence that you can hide behind, and it's hardly ever crowded.

I know of a good spot where you can range 5-8 skeletons at same time while being in a safe spot. Just go behind the rocks near the member wilderness gate in Edgeville dungeon. Great spot. There are 2 bronze arrows respawn in that room and skeletons drop arrows.

Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

The title is "How to train range F2P?".

I would suggest roof of varrock palace, easy to range across.

Near doesn't mean in.

The Stronghold of Security has some great places to train. The minators on lvl 1 will drop enough iron arrows to give you a little more then a continues supply. There are other places in there to train but I haven't tried them yet.

Hill giant i'd say.

It will be more than enough to help you, I hope. BTW, I'm assuming you've set up to stay alive and have beaten certain other goals with that info, so if it doesn't help, I apologize in advance.
