I assume you are trying to make the pixel more or less a lot like the picture? Right now, the main part that is similar is they're both looking the same way.. I'm hoping this is also a WIP. The nose on your reference is pointed upward, along with the rest of it, unlike in your drawing. Unless this guy is a demon, his eyes should not be red. They also are a little bit un-equal, one is higher than the other, and also noticabley bigger. One more thing, for some reason there is highlight in your drawing's hair, but not in the portrait..not that this is a bad thing, but you really need to work on it, the highlight, I mean. One more thing, lol, your drawing is very childish. The cheek facing away is too round and the cheekbone is not as defined as in the reference.
