ok i have a lvl 102 account with 99 range and i was trying fight caves yesterday (i was on one of the last waves) when i start lagging. so i say ok, ill log out so i can try to avoid the lag, so i press log out and continue to finish the wave when my internet disconnects. i have tried so many times at fight caves that i dont care anymore when i lag out cause it happens so much, so i waited for my internet to connect so i could try again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

my internet gets back up and i type in my name and pass and i get the message "your account is already logged in, please wait 60 seconds". so i wait 60 seconds and i try again and nothing so i keep trying for bout half an hour when i come to the conclusion that i must either be being hacked, or its a bug.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so i go on my other account and tell my friends to see if im on and they say my account is logged in. and i tell them to go see if im anywhere near the the fight caves and they say nowhere. so i think im prolly being hacked so i change my pass.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

now today i try to log in and it still says "your account is still logged in, please wait 60 seconds". what should i do? is this a bug? ahhh

Send in a report to Jagex. Probably account recovery would be the best one to try, although bug reporting may be useful. I doubt anything you do will be possible.

First of all, it was very smart of you to change your password, most people don't do this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second, do you have a firewall? A good firewall? Mc Afree? Norton? Maybe that's the problem. If you do, possibly you accidently turned it off? Is it not that? Perhaps one of your "friends" somehow knows your password. I seriously doubt it's a bug.

i dont have a firewall, but i have adaware, wich i scan my computer regularly with. i have had a worm and a tracking cookie that adaware could not not get out, and at the time it wasnt bothering me so i didnt really care. its possible it was a hacker, but then why couldnt i get back in after i dosconnected? (i only disconnected for about a minute). and how come i cant get in today? dont you think a hacker would be done drop tradeing my guthans over by now? maby there tryn to figure out the pin...

This happened to me a few months ago, and I changed my password and was able to get back on my account a few minutes later with nothing gone.

I think this is a bug because it happened to me a couple of time and all those times i wasn't hacked at all so i don't think it was another person on my account. Logged in at the exact same spot where i logged out too. It says that im online when I go on another one of my accounts to check but no reply comes out. Usually it happened during the night but hasn't happned for a pretty long time now.

 

 

 

Whenever it does happen, i just keep checking at times, it dosn't stay like that for a really long time tho. anyways.. hope your account starts working again soon.

this morning i tried to log on and i got the same message, so i dont believe its a hacker, unless the hacker is on my account 25/7

Try changing your password, and other info, or change worlds and then try to log in again. Thats what happened to me and doing either normally fixes the problem for me.

Ok, send a game query (somewhere there should be a specific one about stuck in scenery). Just send one in telling that you are stuck in a piece of scenery or that your account has not logged out (which I find hard to believe because it auto logs out whenever the server is backed up which happens at 7am everyday depending on the time zone that server is in).

This happen to me once when a server died. I could not get on for like 30 minutes. I don't know why you would still be having problems.

I sent a message to Jagex and they answered me a month later, so don't expect too much from them...
