It is possible, but a LOT harder with 70 range as opposed to 75 or even 80.

My friend did it at 68 range, mage short and like tons and tons of addy arrows. He hates range :XD:.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But on commen sence i'd suggest you getting 75-80 range. Maybe a bit more def to 75-80 also.
