Nul_Oblivion
As I find myself nearing 70 Strength on my hybrid PKer, I've been noticing that perhaps Minotaurs aren't the best choice as far as training goes. I'm taking them out very quickly and I only get about 20,000 EXP points per trip down in the Security Stronghold. My question is, can anyone recommend another training location for my character? I obviously need to fight a monster with a low max hit so I don't have to inhale food every 15 seconds, but I think it needs more Hitpoints than 10 (like the Minotaur). Granted they drop Iron arrows like crazy and that helps me earn money in the process of leveling up, but I think I need to find another monster... I just don't know what. Any suggestions? Should I stick with the Minotaurs or should I try something else? It would be nice if I could find a place that's not extremely crowded. Thank you, BTW: I'm F2P if I haven't mentioned yet. :anxious: Retired Member

Nel Tu Oderschvank
yes indeed you should~ For me,(i dont know abt others), my ESTIMATE(read estimate) is that i kill abt 11 to 12 of these per minute. shortest time to kill is 2 seconds in 2 hits. longest time possibly 8 sec? so it's like abt 11 to 12 per minute (1100 to 1200 exp per minute) Therefore 66000 to 72000 exp per hour. Of course you have to take into acc running out of the room and in again to activate their aggressiveness~ hope that helps~~ \

With the Minotaurs, you only get 40 EXP per monster as opposed to 100 EXP per Flesh Crawler. That's more than double! I'll probably move on to the Flesh Crawlers once I hit 70 Strength. My main reason for staying with the Minotaurs right now is the Iron Arrows. Oh, I also meant to ask, how often can they hit you with 1 Defence and full Iron armor? I realize their strength is pathetic (only 1 damage), but if they hit me with every strike that can add up. Retired Member

Nul_Oblivion
Well, I just got back from my first trip down to the level 35 Flesh Crawlers and found only one flaw: They NEVER miss! I went through an entire bag of Trout in like 15-20 minutes. Normally, with the Minotaurs, I can stay down there for well over an hour and be perfectly fine with cooked Trout. Though the Flesh Crawlers may be very weak, I found that they rarely miss. Perhaps I should wait until I have even higher than 70 Strength so I can take them out faster. To me they seem like the perfect training monster for any account except a PKer. Retired Member
