Jagex are discriminate to orange. Thats the only color that isn't in robe form. Also it's the color with the least amount of items. Last years updates only brought these orange items:

Hunting Clothes (They don't look much different the default orange clothing I always wear)

What about Robes of Elidinis. Those aren't true orange like the other items, but they're relatively close, or so I always thought. I haven't been on in weeks so I may be wrong.

What about pink? The only pink clothes we've gotten is Improved Salve Amulet.

Its upstairs, hes had it since he was updated and robbed the bank, it used to be plain sara armour, was there ages before warriors guild.
