January 30, 200719 yr Mainly I want to know what happens with the bank. I'm assuming that if I have more items than the f2p can hold, then I just can't put new slots in the bank. Do I lose items or anything? I'm guessing I would have to sell a bunch of junk to clear out enough room to make the f2p bank usable. I know that member's items can't be equipped on a f2p server and that agility (to run) is usable on f2p servers. Also, I mainly mine and smith. Are the blast furnace and goldsmithing gauntlets as good as it seems?
January 30, 200719 yr Nope you don't lose any items. You just lose the ability to use any members objects, and the ability to deposit more items (well usually, since you'll be over the F2P limit). You could sell all your members items, or what many people do is, double on F2P items they plan on withdrawing. This allows them to deposit F2P items that they want (since it's in their bank) and withdraw them since there's more than 1.
January 30, 200719 yr Okay, the members only items become "Member's Item" and you can no longer do anything with it. If your bank is filled passed the F2P limit with members items, you won't be able to put anything more in. You don't lose the items you have. Yes, it would be a good idea to sell out your members junk, or just buy two of everything that you are going to use F2P (if you are planning to go back to members). You are right that members items are not usable on F2P worlds, I'm not sure about the run energy thing though. < | Runehead | Learning Java Programming, Please PM Me Tips | Signature by Loaf2000 | >
January 30, 200719 yr You don't lose any items; you just lose the ability to use those members-only items. And if you want room, then yes, I'd reccoment selling all of your valuable P2P items. If you plan on coming back to members, however.. arrange your bank with the F2P items at the top of your bank, and be sure to always keep at least one "placeholder" item for every F2P item you have. I'll go look up the guide for this and be riiight back with the link. *EDIT* Here ya go: Going F2P with a full bank *EDIT 2* Wow.. all three of us had very similar responses.. creepy  Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! January 30, 200719 yr I think if you have more than 60 items (the f2p max) in your bank, you just can't add anything else. There are some guides about going to f2p with a full bank.. *searches* Edit -- http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=560977 Edit #2 -- Aren't we fantastic? 4 posts in 2 minutes. : OoC Overseer Eet mor kabbig!
January 31, 200719 yr Author oh, thanks. I didn't even see that there were guides on the forums here. I was just reading the main tip.it site. It seems to work pretty much how I expected. Thanks for the prompt replies.
January 31, 200719 yr My friend experienced it before. And its not fun. Everything is labeled "Members Object" so you can't use it. And you have to remove everything from your bank because you can't deposit anymore.
