this is so slow

i would recommend switch to p2p, if you want around 30 range you can power range at zombies in the varrock sewers and range across the stream, you do lose your arrows but you wont get touched and its decent xp.

can you post the stats? If you have higher combat stats (60s) you can try flesh crawlers, though your low defence may be a problem. Otherwise, you're stuck with minoutars, cows, and chickens.

Well you said you don't want something that hits high, you should stay in the Stronghold of Security. If you want fast experience and are willing to use some food, kill Lesser Demons.

fight the level 35 flesh crawlers, I went from 57 str to 60 there, but they do hit 1's, and quite often, so bring a full inven of trout or better if you wanna stay a while. And I have 1 def.

SOS is ur best bet, just try different monsters, see wt you best bet it.

Level 10 Minators are the best for exp, just don't pick up any of the drops unless its food, iron arrows, gems and SoS staff part, this way you can kill mass ammounts and get the fastest exp with out food, you could try moving on the the higher level ones like level 17 where you will kill them in 3-4 hits gett even more exp per monster killed.

I trained on minotaurs with my pure.. I think they were higher lvl though. I switched to edge guards since their is a bank right there unlike the minotaurs.

You should use less food though, cause im still 1 def \ 66 str 40 atk

patience.. just stick with minotaurs since theyre like one of the best spots

 

 

 

-mess around in SOS a bit maybe and find some other monsters but everything in thers pretty good
