I personally use the Smokey Well, there is a room with 4 respawns which is great if you have completed Desert Treasure. If not, my second choice would be Brimhaven Dungeon.

I'd say go there, there drops are good too, mostly all of then you can keep, or if you bring 100 nats you could alc them all, you will get a few 100k at way.

You can try that location, but the only downfall is Waterfall quest needed to enter.

I would say Brimhaven Dungeon either way. It's usually uncrowded, with one or two people at the most. There's a safespot for ranging, and possibly for halberding, for all three of the southern-most giants in the caves.
