February 9, 200719 yr hey, i'm also going for 99 wc, i woodcut the willows close to catherby most people dont cut there and if so they ususally have rune axes like me, i cut in world 98 btw.

February 10, 200719 yr Well I used Draynor, but I was one of those "rich ppl" with a dragon axe :-w But other than there, I'd go with twr_phr33k's suggestion of Barbarian outpost. It seems fairly quiet there, and with the quick deposit box, might be faster than Seers. I'd say try them both out for a good bit of time and see which one is better for you. If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]

February 10, 200719 yr Barbarian Assault. 5 willow trees directly outside with a bank deposit box only seconds away. The best part is: nobody is ever there.
