Well, if you want a logo for a company i dont think you have any use for .jpg formats.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For logo's you need .eps mostly they are made in Adobe illustrator.

 

 

 

A logo for a company on a van you say? well i when a company needs a logo it wont be only for their van. Also for letters, Cards and other stuff the company needs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Im not sure if you realize whats inportant for a logo.

 

 

 

It needs to be a vector size so you can use it in different sizes.

i can easily make it transparent too...this one, you cant tell, has a white background. i dont know what color van you are putting this on, but i have the transparent in case you need it...
