I need to know if 1.3k Lobsters if faster than 1k monks.

Monkfish are faster than lobsters at any lvl as far as I remember.

i would say lobsters because you can fish them faster

monkfish are soo much better xp...and worth more...u gotta do a pain in the...face...quest to fish them tho

if you've already done the quests, just fish monks. Significantly higher exp and a higher selling price makes them the obvious choice.

monk fish are slower because they are higher level, BUT, because few people are at the monk fish fishing spots, it makes them about the same speed. are you doing this for fishing xp? go for monkfish. are you going for cooking xp? go for lobsters.

last i checked, busy fishing spots were the same speed as empty ones. fishing is a noncompetitive skill.
