the caged zammy monk under the stairs in varrok castle. He has high mage def (you get the same exp for failing as succeeding, so bring rune armor or something), and he recovers from curse in 2 seconds.

in varock sewers on the red spiders but make sure you have a -65 mage bonus. you can use the spell everywhere where you can use something to block the monster from hitting you but stay out of place with alot of lower lvls because they are gone ask you wat are you using and so on. so then if you are gone answere then you gone be slower and get less xp :(

wheres a good spot to us 36k oh cruses

The best place is, IMHO, any safe multi-combat spot.

A multi-combat spot allows you to (almost) always have a target,

so you can be casting almost non-stop for max leveling efficiency.

In F2P, some multi-combat spots include the caged demon at the top

of the wizzy tower, Fally white knight castle, and the Varrock sewers.

I always liked casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers across

the water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room.

You could also try the Port Sarim jail and river ducks.

Just make sure that your magic attack stat is -65 or worse to be able to re-use the same monster.

36k Curses will earn you a little over 1 million in magic exp.

If you use a staff (you should) then, IIRC, you could split that exp

with Def if you have your staff set that way.

Hope this helps
