Hello all. I'm working on getting 70 or more in all my f2p skills. Prayer is the only one left so far i have not bought any bones for the skill but now its taking to long get the bones by monsters. I would need 15 mil if i buy big bones and 11 mil for normal bones. Should i make the additional 4 mil and buy the big bones or not, and how should i make that money. I'm right now mining gold ores and i would like to continue mining unless something els makes me more money but i saw the chart for gold ore and is is droping. Should i mine something els? You might want to add the bars as you only have the ores. might buy 2 ores of addy and bars if you are planning to get that far with smithing or mining. Don't know your RC level so if its 50+ might get rc robes they are better than normal magic robes. Maybe a strengt ammy if your going to use one and gold ore and bar if you are going to make things from those gems. I really like the idea. A few things. 1) will everything you have on be banked into a the pve part when enter pvp world. 2) can you bring pve money into the pvp world(which you would lose when reset happends), 3) with the ranking system make it that at rank intervalls you can KEEP more money in your bank EX, for every Xpoints you can keep Y money with reset( only what you have no adding) and anything over it would be removed. Great idea and supporting :thumbsup: , this would bring back the pvp. P.S. pvp never was a main income of money unless you where really good and only doing it.

as im reading some of them, funny how mine dont drop below 150+. might be that im streaming tomuch other stuff but allways good connection and no lag. wierd i stoped everything except rs got them to 25-60 most of them, while playing im more slow. Oh well back to normal ping isnt everyhting :

i don't know how it is in Canada but in the US 1 stamp= x weight 2=xx weight, with 1 stamp you can send a letter with 3 pages of paper before you need 2 stamps. walk into the post office to get it weighted, also see if you need an international stamp (or something) once we send mail to EU without it, it took2-3 months..... :( Basically walk into post office and ask them, they should know, the weight also depends on what bills you used. one 50 or fifty 1's. this is my best bet.

Im f2p and im going for 70+ all skills. I got prayer and runecrafting left. I spend a few hours at hill giants but its slow and looking to do something more profitable to make money and buy the bones. Any suggestions for what? For runecrafting i done airs from 52-60 it took a long time, any other suggestions? Had an idea to do GOP and use tokens for water talismans and buy the tiaras to make them and sell them afterwards, use the money i make from that to buy more big bones. Would need 15k+ water talismans x 15 points so that is a lot of time too. skills are in sig. already thanks for reading. p.s. really like smithing, not a cash cow :(

i would recommend just to buy silver bars and make them into unstrung symbols and sell those in ge. This is wat i did from 60-70 crafting it was break even if you sell them at max and buy the bars at min. they normaly sell withing a few min, to buy the bars might take a while. p.s. buy a 1000 craft them then sell incase something happends to the price you wont make a hugh loss.

It would be unlike in my opinion, but they could put someone in the champoins guild maybe. he/she would but an symbol on any f2p cape(black,blue,red,green not teamcapes) for that 99 for a cost, noting fancy but something to reconize that you have a 99. But f2p doesnt bring in any money so it wouldnt be done (cost to program vs. new income). For my guess was when they came out to show people that you done something not to be a good cape(state wise, which whould have to be adjusted then in f2P). Anyone who gets a 99 should be reconized for it, but not in a glamoures way as Pika_tim_tam stated. Tomuch work for them anyways, dont get your hope up 1/32 of an inch.

interesting read, back in the days 98% of the pkers lost money and the other 2% where the people who where good. PVP shouldnt be a money maker, and showing us howmuch change we have to make money with the ep is like just giving us all the formulas for damge done ect. so we can work those things to our best. PVP now there is money made with hardly any loss, the people who made some money where runing in full armors risking a decent amount, the 1 itemer or pj where there but it wasnt like the made much or that a 1 itemer could take someone in full armor. There are enough incidents that showed JaGeX doesnt admit they failed or where at fault like with the 6/6/06 or with the phat dub. Imo its not that JaGeX doesnt want to believe it failed it doesnt want to show that they made a mistake and take the responcibilty, somehow they are going to face a choice on what they want to do, best for the game or the people(there has to be a balance).

i kinda had an idea, dont know if any posted something similar didnt feel like reading 15 pages :? . that the way ep is gained stays the same but howmuch is used for a drop and you lose per kill is put into brackets. exp. 250k stake and under 0%-10% 500k-1mil 11%-20% ect. but that it takes the time you are fighting till the last sec and takes the average of that, so that if you activate protect item and your stake drops 100k or so it takes that into account and also that there is a penalty for using that prayer.

doing the stronghold of safety gives you 2 lamps and 10k that should help you in your defence lvl, as zaap1 stated with lamps you should be under the 11 hp then but not sure howmuch those lamps give in xp so might be carefull. Fine. You need 10 defense for black right? 1 defense OR 1 hitpoints level both equal 1/4 of a combat level. So getting 10 defense levels... That equals 2.5 combat levels. Level 10 defense is 1154 defense xp, so that equals 384 hitpoints xp. Too bad for you, that JUST gets over 11 hitpoints (by like 15 xp). However, that doesn't matter, since that takes it up to a 2.75 combat level gain. Not enough to get you level 6 combat. So you can have a level 5 with 10 defense, you'll just have to accept 11 hitpoints along with it. Beware, gaining a SINGLE level of ANY combat skill type (magic, ranged, prayer, hitpoints, defense, attack, strength, summoning, ANY of those) will get you 6 combat. EDIT: I may not have been clear, here's a summary: while you can't get defense xp w/o gaining hp xp, you CAN accomplish your overall goal. If you want a level 5 with Black (g) armor, you'll just have to train exclusively defense. You'll gain 9 defense levels and 1 hitpoints level doing so, but you will be 5 combat.

if you are anywhere close to those lvls or going for them. Dont see a lob pot or brass keys, long bows(rather have a spot than not) lower lvl fishs cooked/uncooked (otherwise drop rod and baits) the gloves from FOG might be handy to have them. if you can go into the rc guild get the tabs and the clothing if you use those they are a little better. hope this helps some.

well since im not p2p i cant really say why or why not, but when i played first few times it was doing some skill or quest a bit and that brought me to new places (varrok spend 1 hour going thru each house XD) . afther taking a break of 2 years and coming back like 2-3 weeks ago i spend 2 hours walking around refreshing my memory and see how it looks in high detail. i might be getting p2p in a few weeks so there will be a post in help on wat i should do first but more in a way that i can unlock new places and items. i dont like walking around for nothing but if a quest or skill takes me there i always check it out.

1.are the GOP robes same as the normal blue magic robes for f2p, in stats. 2.i have been away for 2 years , what happend to all those people? now on peek times there only 2 worlds full and others a few above 1000 in f2p? just wondering. 3.does someone have the link to an guide on this forum about the rune mining with an chart that showed mining times/respawns for the higher lvl ores. 4.where is the best place to mine iron and bank it in f2p? thanks for your time if you post a reply. ~Da St

i dont get wat is so hard about stop playing rs. first few weeks i was just playing a bunch of games. then i saw aftere 4 months gw and bought it now im playing that and i have no desire to get back to rs. im now 1 year of it i spend now only 1 hour a day on gw and more outside and i workout. really dont see how hard it is just find things to do and. one thing that made it maybe easyer for me is that we moved so my friends didnt care about me anymore so that was something that didnt pulled my back to rs. btw if you ppl ask why im on the forum im on school bored and i just wanted to see if there where any good descusions here and also i check other things on this forum. for ppl that are still play maybe see how school is going im trying to boost my grades to get a scholar ship for college since that is more importand than a game where you are not rewarded for anything ouside that game for on.

i don't not support because if you read some here and there in kb, you would find that when you send a report you send a snap shot of the last 60 seconds so that is why they say you need to wait 60 seconds so they can probably save/processes it.

imo there are 0-30 in the market that are sold and bought. i think there around 2k-3k in unused/banned/layed off accounts that just are lost :|

i dont know if anyone els has posted this, havend read all 17 pages of replys :oops: anyway if you know full green dhide with power ammy gives 47-50 mage defence if im right. if you get better mage bonus it would bring the combat traingel inbalenced. then you have the get ranging better amour and etc. etc. and then i say get P2P if you think this is unfair. IMO it is a nice work idea but you would need to know how it effect the game for other combat styles. BTW im F2P and i think it is fine as now and if i go pk mages still do good damage with full dhide and power ammy.

im not a wildy person but i used the combo alot for fun on monsters if im going for loot and not for xp :twisted: anyway you think it would be usefull for me ? stats are in sig :cry: i think that i have to high defens and prayer :cry:
