If you need xp, go Coifs. They give the most xp for leather and only cost 1gp to tan the leather, as opposed to 3 for hardleather. Once you get either 54 or 58 crafting, you could try battlestaves. You actually make money doing this. Buy a battlestaff for (7300gp?) and either make or buy orbs. Then enchant the orbs, stick them on the battlestaff and alch them. You get (9300gp?) for alching 1 battlestaff, so you come out making cash. This is good xp and good cash, but enchanting the orbs can take a while, but its worth it. kickbuta Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 Well I just did this a little while ago, First I got about 5k flax and made it into bs. Then once I got to level 57 I killed 1.5k green dragons (you could always buy the hides) then I tanned the hides and crafted them all and bam 61 crafting, then I alched them all for a cool 2.25mil. Each vemmy alchs for 1.5 and I crafted my own nats, but if you buy hides for 1.5k ea and nats for 300ea you only lose about 450k if you do it that way.
