tojima
i have tons of bodies water and earths and nothing to do on F2P while waiting for mems to kick in at any moment and thought i'd use up these bodies by cursing them while wearing full rune. im sure most of you know what i mean by curse training, so i wont bother boring with details. where is a good place to do thison F2P? i tried lessers, mossy, guards, men. almost everything i thought would have high mage def, including blue and black mages, which end up hitting me for 6's even with my 97 combat and 70 mage. i guess cos i have full rune on. any tips? anywhere you'd recommend? I've seen people do it on men in egde, but i tried men and it doesnt fail enough. i need help! http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=616130 <--- Guide for Cheap 99 Firemaking

Goldenjkered
Theres a zamorak mage under the palac in varrock. He's in a cage if I remember rightly, and he'll have mage defense as he's a mage. Goldenjkered
A another good place would be in varrock sewers and use them on the zombies across the water down there. Goobore
zombies arent good, ive tried them If you think that zombies aren't good then you aren't doing it right. or, you expect more than is real. What is you magic attack stat? It should be -68 or worse. You need to wear (any metal will work) full helm, chest plate, legs, SoS boots, kite shield, green dragonhide vambraces, and a water or earth staff. Do not wear blue hat, black hat, blue robe, black robe, or magic ammy. If you cast from the key room in the Varrock across the water at the 4 zombies in the ladder room then that's as good as it gets. -- You are perfectly safe, no monster will touch you in the key room -- It's a multi-combat zone, so you can attack a monster even if another player is fighting it. That means that you will (almost) always have a target. -- It's a busy area so you can chat with other players There are other places that will work well. Caged Red monk under the Varrock palace stairs, caged lesser demon in the top of the wizzy tower, Port Sarim jail prisoners, white knights in the screen room, river ducks, etc. Keep in mind that Curse gives more magic exp (29) than any mind rune (Strike) based spell and gives much more exp per gp spent than Chaos or Death runes. Hope this helps
Doomster
Ducks are good, so many of them that you just switch if a curse does take. Chasm mine scorpions, from the rim, are another possibility. A good curse target must not be able to hit back. One possible modification, take some mind and air runes, and if all your targets are cursed, then slip off the metal armor and wipe them out with earth strikes, then rinse & repeat. You can also fail curse the caged Lesser in the wizards tower, if a curse does take, then other players will probably be killing it, but you lose time while it respawns - once again, take some strikes to finish it with if you have to, and also take a telegrab in case it drops the rune med if you do kill it. Aresgodowar
well if you using a muddy staff it gives +10 mage Americans love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of battle. George S. Patton
Lightning55
full rune and train on the people in port sariam, they have many caged people and if u happen to hit all of em (they can be hit after a short while) , go up stairs, shoot a couple guards across the table Duh, Duh Duh, Click Here and Join NOW!!![br]Click here to feed me a Rare Candy![br]
Goobore
well if you using a muddy staff it gives +10 mage That's why he needs to wear the green dragonhide vambraces. They give -10 to magic attack to cancel out the effect of the staff...
Goobore
full rune Full Bronze works just as well... ...and train on the people in port sariam, they have many caged people Except that it's not a multi-combat zone so some of those prisoners might not be available. The entire Varrock sewer is multi-combat with safe spots. ...and if u happen to hit all of em... He will never hit them if he wears the right gear.
