tyluke
This was an idea i suggested in the late summer that didn't recive many views and ended up dying quite quickly. I still feel this is a great idea so I am going to bring the idea back to life and I hope this it is more popular. The idea for this grew from lengthy quests like Underground Pass and Monkey Madness. I hope you share my enthuasium for this idea. If you support say so! if you don`t state why, I am open to criticism and I`d love to discuss changes if you read this post and have nothing to say just post the words READ showing that people are reading. Thank You [hide=Purpose]1.This tool is meant to fix the annoyance that is known as the bandits tool kit which results in taking up several inventory spaces. 2.The tool resembles a swiss pocket knife with multiple tools for the purpose of questing and travel. 3. The tool is designed to remove the clutter that fills your inventory by carrying quest aid tools. 4. Cuts down on travel frustration (forgeting a lantern to moles or Saw to a POH or a lighter to slayer tunnels) 5. De-Clutter banks 6. Simplify questing and adventuring[/hide] [hide=The Tool Contains]1. Chisel 2. Hammer 3. Knife 4. Needle 5. Saw 6. Unbreakable Lockpick 7. A Lighter 8. A Flashlight. Removing the need to carry Chisels, Hammers, Knifes, Needles, Saws, Lockpick(s), Tinderboxes, and Lantern(s)[/hide] [hide=How To Obtain It]This tool is a quest reward, and if it is lost it must be reasembeled (in the same way it was assembeled in the quest) (just like the elemental helm and shield)[/hide] [hide=Inventing Minds. The Quest]Quest Requirements: 50 crafting, fletching, construction, thieving, firemaking, smithing as well as lvl 49 magic, 40 woodcut and mining, cooking and fishing. Quest Start: talk to N. gineer inside of his floating (pontoon) workshop north west of Mcgrubbers Forest Briefly: you are required to travel to different areas of runescape to collect and create tool parts that can be forged together into one ultimate tool. the player will be required to do small jobs for certain characters as the quest progresses. Reward: 2k xp in crafting, smithing, fletching, construction, thieving and firemaking, 2 magic gizmo's that give you 2k xp in any non-combat skills and finally the Tool.[/hide] [hide=Why It's Necessary]If slayer helms, Key-Rings, equipable harpoons, bow fire-starters, hand fishing, and the Rogues quest kit exist. then this is defintly a fair idea.[/hide] [hide=Concerns]1. the concern over the unbreakable lockpick. my solution is that its similar to a pickaxe or hatchet, it will do a certain ammount of attempts and then automaticly stop; this way this resolves and is more comparable to a lock pic which could easily break 2. This Item is/will not be equipable[/hide] If anyone could create banners, artwork or other support it would be greatly appreciated and praised. only 2 skills below level 50 :)

BloodArgon
This does look like a good idea. I think your reference to the slayer helm, keyring, and rouge kit really concretes your argument. 99 Crafting :: 39,750th || 99 Attack :: 1,775th
SomeWelshGuy
Nice idea, I support. I would give it a higher thieving requirement for an unbreakable lockpick though, perhaps 60 thieving? Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.

Forerunner
By lighter, you mean it would replace a tinderbox? Nice, fair requirements. Finally someone who understands you don't need a total level of 2000+ to do a quest. You've got my support. Only fear God,Know the weapons of the weak,The weakness of the hard. Dax
Sounds VERY helpful, it'd save a bit of bank space and make everything easier, it's completely true about the Slayer Helm and such, that just makes this a better idea. You better be working on that quest. -.- Can't wait to see the quest. If I haven't made my support-age of this topic clear, I'll say this. SUPPORT! #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod
