General Guide: Random Events

Regarding the Watchmen event:

We have had definate confirmation that the watchmen event does in fact still exist, he is just a rarer to spot than he used to be. Thank you everyone who has tried to help us crack this mystery! : ~ Inferno Char

Postie Pete, under his name it says "must be heading off!", he actually says "I'd better head off"

For the Watchman, i think it has been removed, i have not seen one in the game for ages and also the RS KB does not have it. (but maybe you need better confirmation)

The Lost and Found Office random event, If you pull the wrong lever 5 times u lose all ur mage lvls and it goes down to one like in an example

it is 60/60 then it goes to 1/60 if u pull the wrong lever 5 times

I haven't seen anything about this anywhere...maybe you wouldn't consider it as much of a random event. Anyways, I've noticed that while you're in Zanaris you can have some random things happen. They do occur a lot more frequently than other random events (I had like 5 happen to me within 10 minutes). All of them happen very quickly and none of them have any rewards.

The ones I've noticed are:

You get changed into some sort of animal. So far I've become a chicken and a pig for sure. Possibly other animals.

A frog will come along and say something random. I can't remember all of the things I've seen him say, but I remember something about dwarfs being short on cash...if you need I can try and write down when I see it next.

The Zanaris choir will pop up and ask to follow you. They stick around for a minute or so, so you can talk to them before they disappear.

Then sometimes your character will say "I have a sudden urge to dance!" and if you're standing still will start dancing all on his/her own. I don't have a picture for that one though.

Hope this is helpful, if you want to use it. Thought it might be handy to have.

the zombie needs to be updated also the damege on it must be old because i played for a year and a half and never seen that before

Current updating the Jekyl and Hyde picture.

Does anyone know anything that seems to make Dr Jekyl come up often, or if someone gets one can they send/email me a high quality screenshot?

Will do that if I get round to it.It is on the 'poison cloud' aswell.

I get him a lot wc'ing willow, either at draynor or barbarian outpost, or cooking at the rouges den.

I get him while fletching quite a bit.

Also on Mr. Hyde

Talk to him quickly, and don't worry if you don't have what he's asked you for. The good doctor doesn't hold a grudge, provided you speak to him to show you care about his problem. He may even reward you with some of his other helpful potions if you speak to him. If you ignore him, he'll think you don't care about him, and he'll transform into the fearsome Mr. Hyde. Mr. Hyde attacks using melee. Jis combat level depends on your combat level, so it's not always fixed; it varies from 14 - 159.

Also if you give him the herb he wants you will give a potion (4) and if you dont have it you will get a used one.

I was fletching the other day and got a Mr Hyde event in Lletya, I got out my melee gear and killed him, He dropped a Dragon half shield (Left Half) And some bones, I have checked and It's not listed as one of the drops on the bestiary. I hope this helps.
